Accessing the Authenticator App
The Authenticator App (also referred as the wallet) is automatically assigned to every user onboarded onto the platform. Typically as a part of the onboarding process, each user will receive an individual invite.
By clicking on the invite link, the users should be able to download the Authenticator app from either the App stores, or a private download link that your organization might have setup.
Installing wallet into your device.
After downloading the wallet you’ll need to
- setup biometrics access to wallet and or password
- copy passphrase which allows you to restore your wallet
- login to the wallet and accept the incoming credentials
