Importing Users

Importing users into AuthNull​

You can bring users into AuthNull without connecting an identity provider by importing them in bulk from a CSV or LDIF file.

tip

If your users already live in Active Directory or EntraID, connecting the directory in the Identity product under Identity Sources keeps users in sync automatically. See Connecting to Active Directory. Imported users are not linked to any directory and must be maintained manually.

Import users from a CSV or LDIF file​

  1. Open Users.
  2. Click Add Users and select Import Users.
  3. In the Import Users dialog, click or drag a file into the upload area. Files with a .csv or .ldif extension are accepted.
  4. Click Import.

A notification confirms when the import has been accepted and the users appear in the Users list.

After the import​

For push MFA, imported users enrol in Duo Mobile or Okta Verify through your Duo or Okta organization, with the same email address as in AuthNull. See MFA Providers.
